I’m a multi-disciplinary designer, researcher, engineer, educator, and artist (depending on the day). I’ve partnered with clients across industries, working to understand people and striving to create experiences that delight. My curiosity has led me to wear many hats and approach problems from many different angles. I relish a good challenge filled with constraints and perceive problems as stories to be written and told.

I’ve lived across the US, most recently spending the last 5 years in Atlanta. When not at work, I’m probably munching on Instagram-worthy sweets, rock climbing across the south, or both.

What I Do

Explore

It’s my job to be nosy. I dive into people’s minds and worlds – I’ve been given access to their homes, shopped with them at the store, and even joined them at work – all to understand their actions and what makes them tick.

Synthesize

I love puzzles. I piece together disparate pieces of research data to uncover the bigger picture. I embrace the challenge of morphing complex information into streamlined stories and visualizations that garner the attention of middle schoolers and executives alike.

Generate

My clients and participants are not just along for the ride, they’re my co-pilots. Together, we immerse ourselves into workshops & co-creations – which result in hundreds of ideas, detailed product feedback, and even strategic product roadmaps.

Create

To turn an idea into reality, I have to consider the constraints of budget, time, and normally, the laws of physics. Luckily, my creativity thrives under constraint. Every iteration of a prototype, wireframe, and CAD model, illuminates the functionality and manufacturability of a concept.
